We Can't Wait To See You!

What Does An Author Visit Look Like…

We transport you and your class to the magical world of the the North Pole where magic is real and imaginations can run wild. We’ll introduce you to the elves that fill the Pole with their laughter, excitement, and holiday cheer and we’ll follow along together as one elf is on a quest to find where she belongs. The journey of self-discovery isn’t always easy but with the right friends by your side, everyone, including our new elf friend, can find out exactly who they’re meant to be.

While we discuss dreams coming true, we’ll incorporate our own journey to becoming authors. We’ll discuss the writing process and INSPIRE every student’s inner author to put their own ideas on paper. We’ll MOTIVATE the kids to always dream big and keep working hard until they too reach their goals. Most importantly, we’ll transport the kids to the North Pole and give them an adventure to one of the most magical places our imaginations can take us!

Our First Graders had loved having the opportunity to purchase signed North’s Pole books, as well as having the authors of the book read the story to them, give them the background of the book and the process that was taken to create the book, and asking questions to the authors themselves! What a wonderful experience!! As teachers, we are looking forward to having this experience again!! Thanks so much for offering all of this for our students.

Recently my class was blessed to have a virtual author’s visit from Lindsay and Courtney, authors of North Pole.

They were beyond Excited to see and talk to real life authors! Lindsay and Courtney were so down to earth and interacted with the kids as if it were their own classrooms!

The kids loved seeing the amazing illustrations and enjoyed the story very much. When discussing the story after the presentation was over, they liked how Lindsay and Courtney incorporated their own kids into the story.

The story is beyond cute in itself! We’ve all been there, where do we fit in? What am I good at? Am I good at anything!?? Everything Tess is thinking our kids (and adults too) have thought as well. We liked how Tess tried out the different jobs and even though she wasn’t successful at most, she tried her best to complete the task at hand and finally found her niche!

The North’s Pole, authors came virturaly to Sayen and it was such a wonderful experience for our students! We paired it with a school wide pajama day to make it a fun packed day with learning about being true to yourself, finding your own path and never giving up. The student truly enjoyed the book and having a visitor read to them. They were able to purchase the book with signatures from the authors and they were thrilled when they came in. We would recommend them coming to your school for a wonderful learning experience!
